Nainital Rani Bagh Ropeway Project: A ropeway will be constructed from Rani Bagh to Hanumangarhi (Nainital) to facilitate the journey for tourists. Parking facilities will also be available at the ropeway stations. After the commencement of the ropeway service, tourists will be able to easily travel from Rani Bagh to Nainital without getting stuck in traffic. In a review meeting held in Haldwani on Tuesday, Tourism Secretary Sachin Kurve examined the ropeway project from Rani Bagh to Hanumangarhi (Nainital).
During the meeting, Kumaon Commissioner Deepak Rawat stated that the alignment of the ropeway is being examined through consultants. Additionally, necessary work is underway to acquire land for the construction of ropeway stations.
