The District Administration and Police Department have also engaged in security preparations related to Prime Minister’s visit. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be visiting Dehradun on 8th December to inaugurate a Global Investor Summit. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami had made a request to him.
According to sources, the state government has received information about the Prime Minister’s participation in the event from the Prime Minister’s office. Along with this, the district administration and police department have also been involved in security preparations related to the Prime Minister’s visit.
According to sources, meetings at the Level of Chief Secretary and Chief Minister Dhami could be called soon to discuss the preparations.
