Meanwhile, authorities have prepared a traffic plan to accommodate vehicles coming from the mountainous region. The procession will be inaugurated by Ritu Khanduri, the Chief Guest of the first day.
The festival includes various attractions such as a 70-foot-long palanquin of Siddhbaba, elephants, Laddu Gopal’s palanquin, mechanical jhankis from Delhi, Kali’s akhada from Badaini, Shiva’s wedding procession from Sambal, and a jhanki from ISKCON.
Local singer Hema Negi Karsi will sing praises of Siddhbaba along with other Garhwali bhajans. On Saturday, Swami Rajarajeshwarashram Maharaj and Lalitanand Maharaj will be the main guests.
On Sunday, Swami Yatindranand Giri will be the chief guest and will also deliver a discourse. Dr. JP Dhyani, the Chairman of the Temple Committee, and senior member Vivek Agarwal appealed to the public to support the successful organization of the festival.
